Not only is this fruity pizza super appetizing to look at, it’s also one of those foods you can actually get away with eating any time of the day.
Personally I prefer to have it as a breakfast during the weekends, this way I can take my time and pick out the fruits I’d like and slowly devour the whole thing while sipping of cup of coffee on the side.
It’s very simple to make, and if you prefer your bottom to be crispy, all you have to do is stick it in the oven for a couple of minutes (perhaps while you brew that nice cup of coffee 🙂 )
- 1 piece of tortilla
- Soybased yoghurt
- Your favorite fruits
How to do:
- This is where you’d put the tortilla in the oven if you prefer it crispy.
- Spread your yoghurt evenly around and in generous amounts.
- Cut up and creatively place your fruits to create your personal masterpiece.
