Banana roll-ups

Before turning vegetarian I was a super big fan of sushi. Mixing a tiny amount of different ingredients and end up with something that looks utterly amazing was so much fun to do, a little sprinkle here and a little seaweed there… oh yeah

But the best thing? Showing of your chopstick-skills!.

Once you’ve mastered the skill of using those tricky sticks, you won’t want to forget it again, and therefore i bring you… a vegan-friendly sushi wannabe recipe!

So get out your chopsticks and dig in.



  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 banana
  • peanutbutter

How to do:

  1. Spread peanutbutter over your tortilla (you might want to cut the tortilla in to a square for a perfect fit)
  2. Place your banana on the tortilla
  3. Roll it up and cut it out into bitesize pieces.
  4. Itadakimasu. 🙂
